Terms and Conditions for Workshop and Event Bookings

 

  1. PRF Solutions seeks to promote workshops and events of the highest standard with reputable and reliable course leaders.
  2. The fee for each workshop or event is as published on PRF Solutions literature and website
  3. Payment of the agreed workshop or event fee should be paid in full before the event, unless otherwise agreed.
  4. Payments may, with agreement of PRF Solutions be made in no more than four instalments.  The first payment must be made when booking and the final payment by the agreed date.
  5. Late payments may be liable to a late payment charge of 10% of the balance.  This may be added to invoices that are outstanding after the net 30 day agreement.  Any invoices still outstanding in excess of 60 days will be subject to a late payment charge of 15% of the outstanding amount.
  6. Workshop and event fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

    These charges represent covering the administrative costs and committed expenditure towards events.

  7. Where events are cancelled by PRF Solutions due to insufficient demand, full refund will be given.
  8. If any changes are made to date / time of workshops or events, PRF Solutions will offer, free of charge, transfer of application to the new date.  If the buyer is unable to attend the new date or time, they must inform PRF Solutions within 7 days of the date on notification letter to be entitled to a full refund of any payments made or free attendance at another PRF Solutions event.
  9. Where cancellations are made due to circumstances outside our control (such as severe weather, civil disturbances, ill-health of speaker) every effort will be made to inform the buyer and arrange a new date for the event.  Any buyer unable to attend the new date will be entitled to a full refund or free attendance at another PRF Solutions event.
  10. Workshop and event leaders are not employees of PRF Solutions, unless expressly stated
  11. PRF Solutions is not responsible for the content of the workshops or events unless it is expressly involved in the development of the content.  The materials and intellectual property relating to workshops and events remains the property of the workshop leader.  PRF Solutions is not responsible for any information or advice given by workshop leaders.
  12. In the unlikely event that the buyer is not satisfied with any part of the workshop or event or its content, the buyer should, in the first instance, write to Pauline Fraser, PRF Solutions, PO Box 220, Morpeth, NE61 9AW.  PRF Solutions promises to investigate any complaints and respond to the buyer within 14 days.
