PRF Solutions was started by Pauline Fraser as a coaching and related events company. Pauline spent many years working in the education sector. Working with schools, parents and the general public gave her insight into understanding that people simply want a good life. Using her own special skills to support people, Pauline has helped numerous people to get more from their life. She believes that encouraging people to have self belief and to experiment with different solutions, we each find within us the resources to live our best life.

With a Business Degree, Teaching Certificate and Advanced Diploma in Personal Coaching Pauline has worked with many people. Her experience has giving support to those wanting to change career, start a new business, have less stress in their life, move on from negative experiences as well as get more organisation into our lives.

Pauline is an expert in the field of school admissions and has been a guest speaker at regional NAHT and legal conference.  She also works across the UK coaching teachers at all levels, concentrating on wellbeing and reducing stress at work.

Since starting PRF Solutions, Pauline has teamed up with colleagues in the coaching world to work on exciting programmes such as The Head Coach, GAP Workshops and the foundation of the UK Coaching Institute.

Outside of coaching, Pauline is a director of the Women’s Health Advice Centre.  Based in the South East of Northumberland, this registered charity and limite company supports women’s well being through counseling, education, advice and support programmes.

Pauline writes a regular newsletter on wellbeing and self esteem offering help and tips to countless people.  Articles on Pauline and her work have appeared in regional press and magazines.
